Name the damage, then take it off
Fifty years do several different things to a photograph, and they do not come off in one move. Dust and grain, creases and tears, blur, a missing edge and a colourless emulsion are separate problems with separate passes, so you can run the one the print in front of you actually needs instead of paying for the whole box.
Four tiers, and the cheapest one is the default
Colour only, Fast, Standard and Archival differ in how much work the model does and in what they cost — from one credit for colour on a small print up to six for a full restoration at print size. The cost of the batch is on screen before it runs, and it is per photograph, so a shoebox is a decision you make with a number in front of you.
What it reconstructs, and what it guesses
A rebuilt face is inferred, not recovered: the model proposes the detail the emulsion lost, and on a small or very damaged print that proposal can miss a likeness. Colour on a black-and-white photograph is a reasoned guess about a dress nobody recorded the colour of. Your scan is never overwritten, so you can compare, rerun or keep the original.

- How good does my scan have to be?
- The scan sets the ceiling. Anything the scanner did not record cannot be restored, only invented, so scan at the highest resolution your device offers and let the model work from that rather than from a phone photo of a photo.
- Is there a watermark on the result?
- No. There is no watermark on any tier, including the cheapest pass and the free plan.
- How many photographs can I restore at once?
- Twenty per batch. Each one is priced separately and shown before the batch starts, so a mixed set of small snapshots and large portraits does not cost one flat fee.
- Do I need a subscription?
- No. Restoration is paid for in credits from the same balance as image and video generation, and the free plan comes with credits to try it on one print before you decide.
